Tioga County Relay For Life

Friday, June 8th, 2007

Good Afternoon PT Cruisers!  It’s time we live up to our name, put on our sneakers, and cruise!!

After tallying the three votes we received regarding which Relay for Life you guys wanted to participate in this year, it was determined that the majority (that would be 2) decided they would rather participate in the Tioga County Relay for Life located at the Owego-Apalachin High School.

The Relay will take place from Friday, July 20, 2007 to Saturday, July 21, 2007 (times will be forthcoming).  I need to know by THIS SUNDAY if you plan on joining the Park Terrace Youth Group for this year’s relay.  Please let me know what size t-shirt you would like as well.  If I do not hear from you by THIS SUNDAY, you are still welcome to participate, but
you will not be getting a t-shirt.

If you remember, the PT Cruisers have a title to defend, so make sure you bring your running shoes, music to make you run faster, and your inhalers.

Watch your email for more information on this event.

REMEMBER: THIS SUNDAY I NEED TO KNOW IF YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING AND WHAT SIZE T-SHIRT YOU WANT.  If you are not going to be in church on Sunday, feel free to
respond to this email.

Thanks and have a great day!
Stacy

P.S. Considering their entertainment value, babies are welcome at this event.

Feel good!

I just wanted to say what an AWESOME job Lauren, Sara, and Nick did this past Sunday. You were confident and articulate and said some really great things. For whatever it’s worth, I’m proud of you!

And to Sara, Lauren, and Jen: How brave you were to participate in the worship services at Conference! You’re not only great examples of our church, but of youth in general (even if you are wearing shorts–Lauren! hehe).

P.S. The official winners of the youth scavenger hunt was MY TEAM, the Pirates of the Wyoming Conference (We Might be #2 but We’re Not Crap), so I did, um, something, too this past weekend….It’s just as good, right??
