Good Question!

There has been a question regarding the new form requirements.  The form will only be required when there is money involved.  For example:  Kingdom Bound is expensive and requires a deposit = form required.  Although another Committee is paying for the New York City mission trip, we still need to plan costs by how many people are going = form required.  There is no cost associated to us to serve the ACT dinner on February 1 = form NOT required.  I hope this helps clear up some confusion.
