NEW REQUIRED FORM!
The youth leaders have created a new youth group form that will be effective immediately (I WILL need one for events already scheduled: NYC, Kingdom Bound, etc.). Here’s how it’s going to work: When we schedule an event, this form needs to make it to your parents, get signed, and returned to me, by the deadline set for that event. By signing and returning this to me, you are indicating that you are aware of an event and that you ARE going to be attending that event. If you know you cannot go to an event, please DO NOT give me a signed form as that will indicate to me that you are going, your name will be added to the list of attendees and you will be expected to contribute whatever money is due for that event. Likewise, if I do not have a form signed by your parents by the deadline for that event, your name will not be on the list of attendees and you will not be going. It’s very important that you take the initiative when we schedule events and have this form signed and back to me by the deadline. I want ALL of the youth to attend ALL of the events because I think it’s way more fun that way. I know you guys can ALL handle this new responsibility. Isn’t it fun being an adult?! Anyway, I think this will alleviate a lot of confusion and miscommunication.

So this Sunday, we will need to have 2 slips? For Kingdom Bound and NYC? Will we need one for the Act Dinner? Speaking of the Act Dinner, are we going to be the only ones there or will the rest of the missions commitee be there including the Youth Group?
